Our Office Hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00AM - 4:00PM. Orders can be placed on our shopping cart 24 hours/day, 7 days a week! We also welcome orders via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (403-618-1780).
We carry a stock of our products so that you may receive your orders quickly. If an item is not available at the time of purchase, we will notify you and do our best to acquire it as soon as possible. Please call us for estimated arrival dates on any "out of stock" products. Please note that stock will be significantly reduced after trade shows. It may take up to 3 weeks for stock to be replenished.
All orders are subject to 5% GST.
We accept Credit Cards (Visa and Master Card) and Paypal payments (email@example.com) via our shopping cart. Credit Card payments are also welcome for customers choosing to place orders via e-mail or phone. We accept Cash and Credit Card payments for local pick-ups.
We currently only ship in Canada. Parcels are shipped via Canada Post Expediated and include taxes and insurance. Oversized (i.e., our mattresses), heavy parcels, as well as parcels being sent to remote locations, may incur extra charges. We ship orders within 48 hours (during office hours) and arrival times vary from 2-10 days, depending on your location.

Local Calgary residents are welcome to save shipping fees by coming to our business location to pick up their orders. Please note ~ we only accept a maximum of 3 order pick-ups per week, at our location. Please call in advance to make arrangements. If you're in a rush to pick-up your order, please ask us about delivery options.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will accept any returns for a full refund, up to 7 days from the date you RECEIVED your order (if your parcel was shipped to you in Canada). If you are a local resident coming for a pick-up, we will accept any returns for a full refund, up to 14 days after the date your order was PLACED. Exchanges are accepted up to 7 days after you RECEIVED your parcel (if it was shipped to you in Canada) or 14 days from the date the order was PLACED, if you are coming for a local pick-up.
All items that are on sale, clearance or promotional are ALL final sales and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges. Please note ~ a 10% restocking fee will apply to any and all returned or exchanged merchandise, unless your item is deffective (please call as soon as possible to notify us). This is to cover any credit card, Paypal, packaging and handling fees that may have resulted from your order. Please understand that an online order requires many more steps to process than an in-person purchase.
Items must be in original unopened packaging. Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted if items have not been washed or used. Please note, there are NO returns, exchanges or credit given on used or washed cloth diapers or clothing as per Health Canada regulations. Items must be from a non-smoking environment, free from odors and pet hair. Shipping on exchanges or refunds is not refundable.
